We Were Lovers in a Past Life Ch.3We Were Lovers in a Past Life Ch.3 by ~TiffanyEtch-A-Sketch
On the highlands of this spiritual world, Owen found himself in the same dream land once again. Like many times before, he awaited for the lady of the realm to come back to him. But this time, she wasn’t there.
Owen looked about; what was wrong? Every dream was the same, he stood below as he looked up to the angel in the clouds, but it was different this round. Something was wrong, very, wrong. He stared about like a frightened child to see where she was.
The clouds appeared swiftly, she did not look at him for her back was turned; or rather his back was for she came up behind him.
Owen made fast to catch her long missed presence, but what he saw was not a sad maiden of gentle aura; no, this time she was quite the opposite.
She was painfully hurt, anger could be sensed. She was displeased with him but not in a threatening way, it was something else that she was angry at, or maybe even scared.
He desperately tried to find out why as he re

One week has passed since the Battle of Kashyyyk. Taking a break from eliminating Archfiends, Zolph Vaelor has been called back to the Jedi Academy on Ossus following a recon mission on Orto Plutonia.
In the war room, Zolph met up with Luke Skywalker and Grein.
“So, how was Plutonia?” Grein asked him.
Zolph sneezed before answering her. “If I wasn’t dressing warmly, I could’ve gotten frostbite from my own arm. Is that and the sneeze a good enough answer?”
Luke then asked Zolph. “So, what do you have to report?”
“There was indeed a Valkoran base on the planet, but the local Talz tribe already kicked them off.” Zolph then changed the subject. “So, what’s important enough to be calling me back here? Have either of the last two planets on that list become priority targets now?”
“No. Do you remember Gestroma?”
“You mean that psychotic Forceless-possessed bounty hunter I fought on Taris? Of course

A long inhale.
The flavor of burning leaves, spices, and some sharp chemical additive.
An even longer exhale.
It was an ancient addiction, probably almost as old as alcohol, and one he really shouldn’t be engaging in in the Justice Department archives. The air was thick, humid, and deathly still down here, so the smoke only rose a few feet above him before rolling out into a lopsided lenticular disk. It was like being in a coffin.
Appropriate, for all the dead cases down here.
He spread the assorted documents out on the dim screen in front of him. The temple made a point of keeping their library up-to-date and repaired, but the ancient table screen was cracked and easier to see with the lights out. Pictures glowed faintly, along with out-of-date report forms, witness statements, and the few scavenged pieces of actual evidence.
The witness statements tugged at his attention.
“I’d always wondered what tho

I see your pain,
It flickers through you.
Like candles flames.
I know it burns you.
Your open heart.
That's closed up cold now.
You shared your life,
And now it's over.
Oh, Darth Vader.
Will you still save her?
Save yourselves from a disgrace.
The pain won't stop.
It only continues.
Like tides on a beach,
There's no escape.
No hidden exit.
You'll have to find peace.
In your casket.
Oh, Darth Vader.
Do you tears fall still?
Do they still burn?
